Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Lotto Algorithm" mobile application (the "App"), operated by Lotto Algorithm Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you ("User") and the Company.

2. Definitions

  1. "Service" means all features provided through the App, including lottery number analysis & recommendation, win-verification community, points, in-app purchases, and ad-removal subscription.
  2. "User" means any person who accesses the App and agrees to these Terms.
  3. "Member" means a User who has been issued a unique identifier (UID) via SNS authentication (Google or Apple).
  4. "Points" means virtual reward units earned through in-App activity or granted as a bonus on paid purchases, usable for select premium features.

3. Posting and Modification of the Terms

  1. The current Terms are accessible from Settings → Information → Terms of Service.
  2. We may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes adverse to Users) through in-app notice or this page.
  3. If you do not explicitly reject the revised Terms before they take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service by deleting your account.

All number recommendations, statistical analyses, and AI outputs provided by the App are statistical references based on historical data. They do not guarantee any winning outcome. Lottery results are by their nature random and outside our control. The App is not liable for any loss, unrealized expectation, or other consequence arising from your purchase decisions.

5. Account Registration

  1. Registration is performed via Google or Apple sign-in. No separate sign-up form or personal information (name, phone, ID number) is required.
  2. We use the UID issued by Firebase Authentication as your unique member identifier.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your SNS account credentials. Security incidents on the SNS provider's side are governed by that provider's policy.

6. Paid Services

  1. Paid services include:
  2. All payments are processed through Google Play in-app billing. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play policies.
  3. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play account's subscription management. Refunds for the remaining period are subject to Google Play's policy.
  4. For one-time digital content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the content has not been consumed. Consumed content (including items purchased with points) may not be refundable, per Korean Consumer Protection in E-Commerce Act Article 17(2) and equivalent local laws.

7. Points

  1. Points are granted free of charge under earn rules we define, or as a bonus on paid purchases.
  2. Points may be used only for select premium features in the App. Points cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred, or inherited.
  3. If we detect abuse (multiple accounts, automation, locale-cycling exploits, etc.) we may reclaim points or restrict service access without prior notice.
  4. All Point balances are forfeited upon account deletion.
  5. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice. Unused Points expire on the termination date.

8. User Obligations

You must not:

If you violate these obligations, we may delete posts, reclaim points, restrict access, or terminate your membership without notice, and we are not liable for damages arising therefrom.

9. User Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Copyright in win-verification photos, comments, and text you post ("User Content") belongs to you.
  2. You grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display User Content as necessary to operate, promote, and analyze the Service.
  3. We may remove or hide User Content that violates Section 8, applicable law, or third-party rights, or that is judged harmful to minors (obscene, violent, gambling, drugs, etc.).
  4. Upon account deletion, the author information of User Content is anonymized to "Deleted user," while the content itself may be retained for context preservation and statistical purposes.

10. Advertising

  1. The App may display banner, interstitial, or native advertisements through Google AdMob and similar ad networks.
  2. You may purchase the ad-removal subscription to disable advertising.
  3. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or claims of advertised products or services, and we do not mediate disputes between advertisers and Users.

11. Account Deletion and Service Restriction

  1. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Information → Delete Account. Data handling on deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

12. Service Interruption and Modification

  1. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, replacement, or other operational reasons. We will give prior notice when possible; in emergencies we may notify after the fact.
  2. We are not liable for service unavailability caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including telecommunication outages, force majeure, government actions, or third-party service interruptions (Firebase, Google Play, Anthropic, etc.).

13. Disclaimer

  1. The number recommendations, statistics, and AI outputs are statistical references only. The App makes no representation as to the likelihood of winning. The App is not liable for any losses, unrealized expectations, or distress arising from your lottery purchase decisions.
  2. We do not mediate disputes between Users, or between a User and any third party, and we are not liable for damages arising from such disputes.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for free-of-charge components of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any dispute will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the operator's residence as the court of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your local law.
