Lotto Algorithm Co., Ltd. (the "Company") operates the mobile application "Lotto Algorithm" (the "App"). The Company respects the privacy of its users and complies with applicable data protection laws including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of South Korea, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except (i) with your prior consent, or (ii) when required by applicable law or lawful request from law-enforcement.
To operate the App reliably, we entrust limited processing to the following providers:

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Information → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

The App uses the Advertising ID and App Set ID to display advertisements and analyze usage. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Purchasing the ad-removal subscription stops the use of the Advertising ID for ad-targeting purposes.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Because the App relates to lottery analysis (which involves elements of chance), we recommend use only by adults aged 19 or above.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States (where Google, Apple, and Anthropic operate servers). These providers maintain appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
We will notify you of any material change to this Privacy Policy at least 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days if the change adversely affects your rights), through an in-app notice or by updating this page.
